    Description

    Put it on in the morning and eat when you get home.

    Ingredients

    • 3 lbs pork shoulder roast
    • 1 large onion, quartered
    • 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 can soda (cola)
    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, if desired
    • 8 hamburger rolls

    Directions

    1. Put pork roast in crock pot .
    2. Add quartered onion, minced garlic and soda.
    3. Set crock pot on low for 6 hours.
    4. When done, shred pork with two forks.
    5. If you like, add BBQ sauce and serve on burger buns.
